英文表達「開關」，初學英文的人或許只知道兩種方式。一是turn on，意思是「開」；一是turn off，意思是「關」。
事實上，還有其他兩種方式也不容忽視。一是turn up，意思是「開大」；一是turn down，意思是「關小」。

Please turn on the TV.
( 請把電視打開。 )
Why did you turn off the water?
( 你為什麼關掉自來水? )
Turn the radio up.
( 把收音機開大聲一點。 )
